I thought it would be funny to have Jonathan talking about Kate and using the term "worship" to describe his affections for her. Meanwhile, Little Johnny would be bowing to Dr. Spot, since they are boyfriend-girlfriend with one another, and Dr. Spot would say "It's not quite as endearing as you might think." I decided to have Dr. Spot giving a psychiatric monologue, add a few classical elements... and this is the result.
